How is Med-Track™ different from other CRM products, such as ACT or Goldmine?
Med-Track™ has been designed specifically for physician liaisons and other professionals that rely on strong relationships with physicians. We understand the unique information liaisons need to capture and track.
What kind of hardware and software requirements does the system have?
Since Med-Track™ is an Application Service Provider (ASP), it runs over a secure internet connection. If you have a computer and internet connection, you can access Med-Track™ using FireFox (1+) or Netscape (8+) web browsers.
I noticed you mentioned I would need to use FireFox or Netscape web browsers. My organization uses Internet Explorer. Will this be an issue?
Med-Track™ will not work with Internet Explorer. We use FireFox and Netscape because they allow us greater graphic capabilities; better user interfaces, and provide a more secure web connection.
FireFox and Netscape web browsers can be downloaded at no charge and require no upkeep. If you or your IT department has questions about either web browser, please feel free to contact us to discuss them more in depth.
Is our information secure?
Yes, very secure. Clients receive secure user accounts that provide them access to only their information. All information is relayed over 128-bit SSL protection, which to you and I, means the same levels banks and financial institutions use. Additionally, while not designed to store patient level information or sensitive physician identifiers, Med-Track™ guarantees to be within regulations of HIPAA.
What about downtime?
Any time Med-Track™ is scheduled for downtime to allow for updates and upgrades, we will notify you a week in advance by email. Additionally, we schedule downtime for late in the evening or over weekends.
What support do you offer for Med-Track™?
Med-Track™ provides telephone and email support Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Eastern Time. Best of all, support is included in your annual subscription fee and there is no limit to how many times you can contact us!
How is the system priced?
Med-Track™ is sold on a per-user basis. An annual subscription fee includes: system set-up, licensing, user support, updates, and upgrades, as well as the hosting of your data. See the contact us page to find out more about our current prices.
