Med-Track™ is the only relationship management software designed specifically for physician liaisons and other professionals that market services to physicians. It was designed by healthcare consultants that focus on hospital and physician relations. These consultants worked very closely with software developers for more than two years to design Med-Track™. The result is a unique and powerful system that will meet the needs of any organization that relies on strong relationships with physicians for their success. Med-Track allows you to
Maintain demographic information on hospitals, practices, and individual physicians.
Schedule and maintain various interactions with physicians, including face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations, e-mails, letters, and social encounters.
Create customized questions for liaisons to ask physicians during encounters. These questions can include questions designed to measure physician satisfaction with the hospital, determine where else they admit patients (and why), identify areas the hospital can improve on, or anything else that you want to monitor. Med-Track™   summarizes the responses of physicians into reports that can be used to determine the success of new programs or services; identify areas of concern; summarize physicians' opinions of the hospital; and countless other tasks.
Organize a series of questions into a specific "script" that can be used for a particular type of visit. For example, you can create a set of questions to be asked of all physicians that are new to your medical staff or new to the area.
Monitor the activity of other individuals in your organization. Med-Track™  centralizes your organization's data in one place, where it is immediately available to all users, and always current. You will always have access to the most current information, including visits and conversations that other users held with physicians. You'll never be blindsided by a problem that the physician has already reported to someone else.
Report on any and all data in the Med-Track™  system. The system comes with standard reports, but allows you to create custom reports on any data in the system. You can even decide how the report should look with custom colors and fonts. Activity reports that show all of the phone calls, meetings, visits, and tasks (including their status and the hours dedicated to each) performed during the week take seconds to run.
